Who is Euro Optics UK Ltd and what products do you sell?
Euro Optics UK Limited is a company specialising in the manufacture and wholesale supply of adult and children's sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames, display stands and optical accessories.

We operate from London, supplying business and private customers in the UK and most Worldwide locations looking for wholesale sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames and eyewear.

Can I buy wholesale sunglasses online without registering as a Euro Optics UK customer?
You can view all our wholesale sunglasses, reading glasses and optical frame models and prices without registering but you must register in order to place orders. If you do not wish to buy online you can visit our showroom in London or order by fax or telephone.

Any queries you may have can be answered by completing the form on the Contact Us page.

Can I buy samples of your wholesale sunglasses and reading glasses?
To protect our customer's interests we do not sell eyewear samples. You are welcome to view our full range of sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames and optical accessories in our showroom from Monday to Friday (9:00 to 5:00 pm).

What if I want to place an order for under £50?
We trade as wholesalers of sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames and optical accessories only. To protect our customer's interests we do not supply orders under £50. The minimum purchase amount of £50 applies only to optical frames and/or reading glasses. For all our other wholesale eyewear products the minimum is £99.

I don't see a certain model listed anymore that I want to buy?
Wholesale sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames and optical accessories that are discontinued and or are no longer in stock are removed from the website. Since we receive stock on a regular basis, you may find that at a future date some models that have disappeared from the website will be re-stocked and available for sale. If you have a query please use the Contact Us page and a member of our sales team will update you on a products status.

Can I place a backorder for items out of stock on your website?
At present backorder of out of stock wholesale sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames and any eyewear is not available, we will be looking to introduce this facility on the website in the future. You can however request a backorder by sending us an email.

Will I get a VAT invoice for my goods?
All UK wholesale orders will receive a full VAT invoice, detailing all products purchased. Export orders that do meet our criteria as detailed in our Terms & Conditions are not charged VAT on their invoice.

What payment methods does Euro Optics UK accept?
Euro Optics UK customers can buy wholesale sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames and any eyewear that we sell by Credit / Debit card online, Bank Transfer (BACS), Cheque/Bankers Draft or Cash deposited into our bank account. Export orders can be paid by International Bank Transfer.

How secure is the Euro Optics UK website when entering my payment information?
Euro Optics UK uses SagePay as our UK online Credit / Debit card payment processor who are an industry leader in secure internet transactions, renowned for offering a high security and a safe service. We do not hold any of your card details on our systems. If in doubt you can choose to give your credit or debit card details over the telephone by calling our sales office on 020 8902 9700.

How will I know you have received my order?
When you place your order you will receive an automated email detailing information about the order. When it has been picked and processed you will receive an ?order update? confirmation email. This is processed manually by our sales staff. Once you receive further communication from the initial email you can be assured that the order is with us and is being processed by our sales/warehouse team.

How do your delivery charges work and how soon can I get my goods if I place an order?

I want to cancel or amend my order?
This is possible but please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 020 8902 9700 to cancel or amend your order, delay in contacting us can result in the order being dispatched.

The website does not allow me to set up an account and buy for my country?
If you would like to order wholesale sunglasses, reading glasses and accessories from our company and your country is not listed when registering please inform us via the Contact Us page and a member of our sales team will help to process your order.

What are the wholesale branded and unbranded sunglasses and reading glasses that you do?
Euro Optics UK wholesale branded eyewear includes INfocus Reading Glasses,Revex Polarized Sunglasses,Indian Sunglasses,Berkley & Son Optical Frames,Level One Eyewear,Dudes & Dudettes Kids Sunglasses,Sunblade Sun Visor, and Lounge Eyewear. All our wholesale sunglasses and reading glasses brands have a branded barcode Kimberly attached to the optical frame as well as branded packaging.

Euro Optics wholesale Unbranded sunglasses are provided in plain white boxes with a set of 12 pieces of one particular model in assorted colours. These glasses do not have any brand packaging and are also supplied with a plain barcode Kimberly.

Revex Polarized sunglasses are made with special optical lens that are manufactured in the USA. They are designed to block glare from the sun when reflected off water, snow, metal and various road surfaces. These sunglasses are ideal for people that undertake skiing, fishing, bike riding, golf, jogging and other outdoor based activities. Revex sunglasses are sold in single pieces and preference of colour is not available but where possible we will try to supply you with each colour if you're ordering more than 1 piece.

All sunglasses have an identifiable product code on the inner side of the frame arm along with the CE / UV Protection information booklet and are packaged individually in a clear plastic bag.

What does it mean when it says ?Assorted colours in a sunglasses or reading glasses box??
Were it is stated ?Assorted Colours in a box? refers to the amount of colour combinations of lens and or optical frame colour. The amount of different coloured optical frame and lens colours varies from model to model. It is possible that a model may have:

3 assorted colours in a box and contain, for example:

A) 6 pieces black optical frame / 3 pieces tortoise shell brown optical frame / 3 pieces white optical frame

B) 5 pieces black optical frame with grey/black lens / 5 pieces black optical frame with black lens / 2 pieces red optical frame with black lens

Multiple images on the Euro Optics UK website show the different colour combinations for each model that are packed as a one dozen box.

What does the UV Protection information in the description box mean?

Your sunglasses will protect against UV rays, hence our wholesale sunglasses come with UV Protection information. The statement above advises you that the lens of the product described is fully compliant with European test standards for sunglasses, regarding protection from sunlight.
