Who is Euro Optics UK Ltd?
We are a company specialising in the manufacture and supply of adult and children’s sunglasses, reading glasses, optical frames, eyewear display stands and accessories.

Can I buy without registering as a customer?
You can view all models and pricing without registering but you must register to enable us to process your order. If however you do not want to buy online you can visit our showroom in London or place an order by fax or telephone.

Can I buy samples?
Due to the nature of our business and to protect our customers interests we do not sell samples. You are welcome to view our products in our showroom.

What if I want to place an order for under £50?
To protect our customers interests we do not supply orders under £50. The minimum purchase amount of £50 applies only to optical frames and/or reading glasses. For all our other products the minimum we supply is £99. We trade as wholesalers only.
 
I don’t see a certain model listed anymore or can’t see a particular lense strength listed for reading glasses that I want to buy?
Items that are discontinued and/or are no longer in stock are removed from the website. If certain reading glasses lense strength is not listed, it will mean that it is either out of stock or discontinued. If you have a query about such a product use the Contact Us page and a member of our sales team will update you on a product’s status

Can I place a back order for items out of stock on the website?
At present this facility is not available, we will be looking to introduce this as a facility on the website in the coming future. You can however request a back order by emailing our sales team.

Will I get a VAT invoice for my goods?
All UK orders will receive a full VAT invoice, detailing all products purchased etc. Export orders that do meet our export criteria as detailed in our terms and conditions are not charged VAT.

What payment methods do you accept?
UK customers can make payment by Credit / Debit card online, BACS, Bank Transfer, Cheque/Bankers Draft or Cash deposited into our account. Export orders can be paid by Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit card.

How secure is the website when entering my payment information?
We use SagePay as our UK online Credit / Debit card payment processor. They are an industry leader in secure internet transactions, renowned for offering a high security and safe service. We do not hold any of your card details on our systems. If in doubt you can choose to give your credit or debit card details over the phone by calling our sales office on 020 8902 9700. Export customers can fax or call their card details through to our offices.

How will I know you have received my order?
When you place your order you will receive an automated email detailing information about your order. When it has been picked and processed you will receive an ‘order update’ confirmation email, This is processed manually by our sales staff. Once you receive further communication from the initial email you can be assured that the order is with us and is being processed by our sales / warehouse team.

How do your delivery charges work and how soon can I get my goods if I place an order?

I want to cancel or amend my order?
This is possible but please contact us as soon as possible by telephone on 020 8902 9700 to cancel or amend your order, delay in contacting us can result in the order being dispatched.

The website does not allow me to set up an account and buy for my country?
If you would like to order from our company and your country is not listed when registering please inform us via the Contact Us page and a member of our sales team will help to process your order.

What are the branded and Unbranded Sunglasses that you do?
Dudes & Dudettes, Lounge, Level One and Level One Femme are part of our branded sunglasses collections. They are provided in a branded box, which contains 12 pieces of one particular model in assorted colours. There is a branded barcode kimball attached and small branded sticker on the lens.

Our unbranded sunglasses are provided in plain white boxes with a set of 12 pieces of one particular model in assorted colours. They do not have any brand packaging and are also supplied with a plain barcode kimball. The unbranded sunglasses collection is made to the same high quality standards as our other brands, such as Lounge and
Level One.

Revex Polarized are made with special lens that are manufactured in the USA. They are designed to block glare from the sun when reflected off water, snow, metal and various road surfaces. This is ideal for people that undertake skiing, fishing, bike riding, golf, jogging and other outdoor based activities. They are provided in a branded outer box, which contains 12 pieces of one particular model in assorted colours. There is a branded barcode kimball attached and small branded sticker on the lens.

All sunglasses have an identifiable product code on the inner side of the frame arm along with the CE / UV Protection information and are provided in an individual clear plastic bag.

What does it mean when it says ‘Assorted colours in a box’?
Were it is stated ‘Assorted Colours in a box’ it refers to the amount of colour combinations of lens and or frame colour. The amount of different coloured frame and lens colours vary from model to model. It is possible that a model may have

3 assorted colours in box and contain, for example

6 pcs black frame / 3 pcs tortoise shell brown frame / 3 pcs white frame

and another model that also shows 3 assorted colours may have

5 pcs black frame with grey/black lens / 5 pcs black frame with black lens / 2 pcs red frame with black lens

The colour images on the website show the different colour/lens combinations they come in.
